Great picture, right?
It’s probably unnecessary to mention that I’m a huge Seth Godin fan! I follow him, I get his books, I read his blogs, he is an inspiration to me in so many ways. But what I love about this picture is the story behind it.
I had the chance to take my two brothers to see Seth to Long Beach, CA in 2012. It was my dream to do something I really treasure with them. And it was the first time in a very long time that I had the opportunity to take a trip only with my brothers, Pablo and Antonio.
This was very special for me. Growing up we didn’t have a lot of money, but since we were little we have always worked together. We started in our backyard. We set up a magic show for the neighborhood kids and we would charge for admission tickets! We acted, we had magic tricks, we sold lemonade and popcorn. And we had a full house!
We have been together in the bad and the good in life. Through life, deaths, divorces, victories, and we’ve grown stronger together. We’ve become better people. Being able to grow with my brothers has giving me the power to learn, to love and to grow. I encourage everybody to share with your family who you are, what you love, your passions, your goals, your fears, and your art.
You have a lot to give! Be courageous, be generous, be patient. Love your family!
