We are very excited Lara Media is attending NCLR for the 4th time!
Our CEO Victoria Lara and our Brand Manager Hugo Anguiano will get to attend the NCLR Annual Conference that will be held in Kansas City which is taking place from July 11th to the 14th.
What is the NCLR conference?
The NCLR (National Council of La Raza) Annual Conference consists of four days of the most thorough and cutting-edge workshops addressing critical issues in the Latino community.
There are many reasons why we keep coming back year after year. All the great information we get from the workshops, presentations, and speakers taught during the weekend is brought back to the Pacific Northwest and is shared amongst our community partners and together we gain more insight as to how we can collaborate more effectively in the most pressing issues going on currently.
In previous years we got to listen to incredible speakers such as President Obama, first lady Michelle Obama, Vice president Joe Biden and this year it will be Democrat candidate Hillary Clinton.
Not ending there, an additional reason to attend is meeting with organizations and people from around the country as well as making connections that will give us the opportunity to grow as individuals and as a company to serve better in our community.
